During our staging consultation we encourage you to see your home through buyer's eyes by evaluating your home's general condition, strengths, and challenges. 

We discuss flow, layout, furniture placement, lighting, and color scheme and give you real time, actionable feedback. If needed, we address minor repairs or renovations that will improve your home's saleabiltiy. We assess the home's entrance, landscaping, porch/patio/deck, and garage.

After the consultation, we provide a detailed proposal with clear next steps. Our comprehensive staging plan outlines how to best showcase your home. This includes layout, furniture placement, accessories, lighting, color scheme, and other crucial elements that will make your home stand out in the market. 

We take the time to really get to know your goals and budget is so we can provide a down-to-the-dollar quote.  

Ready, set, stage!  Once we design a layout and select the furniture and accessories, we get to work transforming your home into a sophisticated, warm, and elegant space. 

Occupied home installation usually takes 4 hours to a full day. Vacant houses usually take 1-3 days.

Once installation is complete, we visit the home every two weeks and as needed for open houses or photos shoots to refresh the home and make sure everything looks picture perfect.  

We stay involved and are always available to "touch up" so you can be sure your home is buyer ready.

When you are ready, our professional movers carefully remove all staging elements from the home. 

Once all items are removed, if requested we will repair the walls where artwork was hung. (Paint must be provided by home owner.)
