We arrive at the home and set up for your open house. Kitchen is staged with fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, and brand new soap and kitchen towels. Plants and flowers are brought in to energize the home. Lights are turned on, doors are unlocked, shades/curtains are styled, beds are fluffed, sofa pillows are primped, bathrooms are refreshed, candles are lit, and last minute details are attended to.

We bake homemade cookies just prior to the open house. And if you like, we can provide individually wrapped fresh baked cookies with your branded stickers, QR code, or business card attached. 

Similar to the open house, we arrive at the home and set up for your photo shoot. Kitchen is staged with fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, and brand new soap and kitchen towels. Plants and flowers are brought in to energize the home. Lights are turned on, doors are unlocked, shades/curtains are styled, beds are fluffed, sofa pillows are primped, bathrooms are refreshed, candles are lit, and last minute details are attended to. 

We can stage for lifestyle shots, when appropriate.

Once you close, we can create a basket with fresh baked goods and a bottle of champagne for the new owners to enjoy, keeping you top of mind for referrals.
