We provide real time, actionable advice. Our consultation lasts 2-3 hours and leaves you in good hands to tackle staging on your own. 

We help you decide what pieces are working and which should be removed to give your home a clean, updated, and stylish feel. If needed, we will provide recommendations for furniture purchase based on the design we create for your home, or you can rent pieces from us.

Many of the accessories you already have may be used in your staged home. We will make suggestions about what is working and what additional art and accessories are needed. We offer personalized accessory packages or we can provide ideas for your purchase.

Choosing the right color scheme can be difficult. We will work with you to create a color palette that enhances your home's features and blends with existing decor whenever possible.

One thing that is difficult for home sellers to understand is that market ready by definition means you must say goodbye to your usual home life. This means your home is ship-shape and tidy at a moment's notice and usually requires several steps to get there!

Basements and garages are spaces that homebuyer's appreciate being uncluttered and organized and should not be overlooked.
