As an à la carte studio, we offer many types of staging

Traditional Staging

Traditional Staging

Traditional Staging

Traditional staging is a professional design overhaul that involves the installation of furniture, lighting, art, decor, and accessories to create an inviting, cohesive, and comfortable space that says, "Welcome home!"

Traditional staging is the best way to guarantee your home sells quickly and for top dollar because every attention to detail is made to ensure the home puts its best foot forward.

  • This is great for vacant homes because a stylish, furnished home appeals to buyers more than an empty, sterile space. Because buyers have difficulty envisioning an empty space as their own, they are less likely to make an offer.
  • Though counterintuitive, an empty space feels smaller than a well designed, occupied space. If a home feels smaller, it has less value to homebuyers.
  • Traditional staging is also great for home owners that have lived in a home for many years and need to refresh the home to attract top dollar.
  • A detailed design is created with a mock up board and a professional floor plan.

Soft Staging

Traditional Staging

Traditional Staging

While traditional staging involves new furniture, lighting, art, decor, and accessories, soft staging leaves out costly furniture rental and focuses on creating a warm and welcoming space with the use of furniture rearrangement, enhanced lighting, select decor, artwork, and accessories.

It's surprising how attention to detail can breathe excitement and interest into rooms and positively influence buyer psychology.

  • This is a great option if you have nice furnishings, but want to enhance the space with a fresh, updated look. We work with your existing pieces to create a modern, elegant, well styled space. Think of the accessories as the cherry on top.
  • This is also a great option for vacant homes where you don't have the budget to invest in full staging, but want to provide vignettes that show off the home's potential and how each space can be used.
  • Soft staging can take off the edge of a vacant home and infuse energy into the space with the use of form and color from linens, pillows, accessories, and artwork.
  • Soft staging is also great if you're on a tight timeline as it can usually be done immediately and in only a few hours.
  • A detailed design is created with a mock up board.

Soft Plus Staging

E Staging and E Interior Design Services

E Staging and E Interior Design Services

This is a hybrid of the two and truly exemplifies our a la carte approach to home staging.

  • Maybe some of your rooms have furniture with "great bones," but could use some updated art and accessories. We can do that!
  • Other rooms might have furniture that no longer works well in the space requiring a more comprehensive approach including furniture rental. We can do that, too!
  • Maybe the color palette no longer works or the paint needs refreshing. We can choose a color palette and get the job done.
  • Soft staging typically includes one or a few key pieces of furniture from our collection to complete the look.
  • A detailed design is created with a mock up board.

Some homeowners simply do not wish to have any one in the home or live far from staging services, but we can still help.

  • The process starts with measuring the spaces and creating a basic floor plan (we guide you through this easy task step-by-step).
  • Next, we have a Zoom meeting where we discuss the spaces being staged or decorated. Homeowner discuss what is and is not working in the space. We determine what furniture stays and what is needed.
  • A detailed design is created with a mock up board and a professional floor plan showing where the furniture is to be placed. Via a Zoom meeting or phone call, we discuss where to place the accessories.
  • We also can order furniture and accessories for staging and have them sent directly to the home.
